You can expect a night of classic Jump Jive, Jazz & Swing mixed together with Modern Hits that have been thrown in a time machine and given that old fashioned sound.
Miss Holiday & The Swingtones are Kent's latest 5 piece Jump Jive, Jazz and Swing band! Made up of female vocals, double bass, piano, sax and drums, this band brings you the swingin' sounds of the 40s & 50s together with modern tunes performed with their retro flare.
The band teamed up with Miss Holiday in 2023 and have gone from strength to strength playing the Rye International Jazz & Blues Festival, Brooklands Motor Museum and regularly entertain crowds at Warner Leisure Hotels. They also host their own sell out dance hall afternoon at The Alexander Centre in Faversham!
Influenced by artists such as Nina Simone, Imelda May, Ruth Brown and Postmodern Jukebox, Miss Holiday & The Swingtones bring something to the table for everyone!
